click hereWhere do Quick Direct Sale buy property? We cover all areas of England and Wales. We are willing to buy any type of property, in any condition. As an Essex-based company we tend to buy in the South East but have over time built up a network of friends and associates – so no matter where you live we will be able to introduce a buyer to you.
Will I get the full market price for my home? Selling through an agent remains the best way of achieving the highest price for your property if you have time on your side and can wait for the right buyer to come along. As wholesale property buyers in exchange for completing in days instead of months, we normally pay 70% to 85% of a properties open market value. However, these numbers are not set in stone, we like to think that each property has it's own story to tell and like to consider each property on it own unique merits.
