What is "Sell house, rent back"?
Our "sell house, rent back" scheme allows you to raise money by selling your house for cash, but remain living in the property by becoming a tenant.
What are the benefits to me?
If you have to sell your home to avoid repossession, or because you need to release the money that's tied up in it, but don't want the hassle or expense of moving, this is an ideal solution. You can:

How much rent will I have to pay?
We will agree a monthly rental amount with you. This will be based on the type of property you have, together with the market rates for your area. This will ensure that you are not paying more than you should be in rent.
How long can I rent for?
We can set a rental period that suits you. Most tenancy agreements are for a minimum of 6 months, but we can discuss other timescales with you. You may be able to extend your initial rental period if you decide to stay on in your home.
What sort of rental agreement will I have?
We work within current UK law, so your tenancy agreement will be completely legal and above board. You are fully entitled to ask your solicitor to look over the tenancy agreement for you before you sign it.
Can I buy my home back?
There may be the opportunity to buy your home back from us at a later date. You can talk to us about this option and we will give you all the information you need in order to understand how this process works.
